Let an interested visitor move directly from lead capture into appointment booking.

Before you start

  • Booking feature — Appointment booking must be configured with availability.

Follow these steps

    Enable booking

    Edit the landing page and turn on appointment booking.

  2. 2

    Submit an enquiry

    The CRM Lead is created before booking starts.

    Expected resultThe enquiry is safely stored.
  3. 3

    Choose an appointment

    Select an available slot and confirm it.

    Expected resultThe visitor becomes both a Lead and a booked appointment.
Expected result

When you have finished

A high-intent visitor can enquire and immediately book an appointment.

Troubleshooting

No slots are available

Review booking availability, working hours and calendar conflicts.
